Delivery times may vary depending on destination and circumstances beyond our control. If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. This option can
be selected at checkout.

2. Delays and Exceptions
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances — such as weatherconditions, carrier delays, or transportation disruptions — may affect shipping times. Weappreciate your understanding in these situations.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (such as launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We always work to minimize any delay.

4. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that any applicable customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Ocean Exclusive is not responsible for packages held by customs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and see the estimated
delivery date.
